Otherwise you can’t vary the sizes of work on the hoops, at least, knitting in the roundDid break one peg but spares are provided. I needed a fine bradawl and small screw to bore into the stump to get a handle on it to withdraw it with pliers. Just possible.The pegs work their way out as you work. Hours of fun popping them back in. This and the broken peg means 4 *You need very thick wool, or to double up unless you insert the extra pegs, which doubles the gauge. This is fantastic for a more normal fabric, and gives you more variables.
