Getting "into" this program is a bit of work, unless you truly do eat only single ingredient foods. You'll need some recipes and/or to do some calculating if you want to eat or cook anything with multiple ingredients. This isn't really hard to do, but it is time-consuming. You'll want to be able to plan out menus, shopping lists, tally sheets of some kind, the workout program, etc. in advance. I like this program and believe it can train a person to eat more cleanly and healthily, but it's much less effective if you don't do the workouts, and it is a long-term program if you have more than a few pounds to lose. That being said, this program is intended to be long-term, as in this isn't a "diet" per se, but a new healthy eating regimen. The program provides more than enough food to eat to avoid hunger, and this is my biggest concern with the program: one is eating large quantities of food to get in all the portions, and the calorie calculation at the beginning seems extremely high. (My fitbit's calorie burn calculations disagree with this item's calorie calculator by at least 450 calories.) You'll eat healthy foods, but only time will tell if you can actually lose any weight eating all that food. Plus, this doesn't really train a person to eat less, overall, in my opinion. You will (likely) eat much more food than is your habit, but the food consumed on this program is intended to be more nutritious. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Love this! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2018* I lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks! I showed the plan to my doctor and he said it was a sensible approach to managing healthy eating habits. I bought a set for my mother, and she lost 7 pounds in the same amount of time.
