**Q: Are the insoles removable? or are they stuck down?**
A: The insoles are fully removable. They are with fur, but quite thin and do not provide anatomical support like usual Dr. Martens boots.

**Q: Which ones are British quality and which ones are Chinese crap**
A: These ones are unfortunately Chinese crap and only lasted 6 months before the soles came detached (it wasn't just unstuck either, the actual leather of the bottom ripped, and the crease across the toe area also ripped from flexing)

**Q: How do you clean/polish this type of leather. I have the brown gaucho type.**
A: Good Afternoon,thank you for contacting us.1-Use a suede brush to remove surface dirt and dust.2-Shake can well and spray on, best to do small areas at a time.3-Use a clean cloth or a hard brush and work cleaner well into shoes.4-Allow drying thoroughly.5-Then use Suedette Brush to lift nap and freshen.Please contact us for any further question.Regards
