Review: It works! - I was sceptical this would work and that i would have wasted my money. I brought this essence as my 4 year old son is going through the terrible fours. It has been taking me 3 to 4 hours to get him to sleep. Since taking the essence he has been a lot calmer and now only takes hour or so to get him to sleep. It does say on the packet to give the drops throughout the day. But i found this sent our son to sleep during the day. So now we do drops in the afternoon and then just before bed. We have also reduced screen time down to 2 hours a day.
