This is annoying as there is no β€œcatch” at the end of the two long pieces - and so you end up with two pieces in your hands or in the floor - sometimes at the worst possible time. It would be great if the design had a catch so the lock would not come apart so easily so you could just hang it on the handle while you retrieve what you need out of the cabinet, replace the lock, and continue your tasks with your grandchild at your feet. I’ll use these until I find a better replacement, but I’ll keep searching. I wish they had come in a smaller pack (quantity per pack) as now I’m stuck with quite a few I won’t use. In full disclosure, my husband does not have as much trouble with the locks as me, but he also does not have 2 types of arthritis. The locks still slip off some with him - just not as frequently.
