Excellent price too! It is a basic laptop so, not meant for gaming. Loved the touchscreen feature! Was bought for my daughter to use for her online school and it is perfect! ### ⭐ No Operating System - No Instructions - Did not work as advertised - Phone numbers disconnected *by S***S on June 14, 2025* Laptop is defective - no operating software and no password provided to get past lock screen. No instructions. This is apparently a used laptop that has been wiped. There was no user manual, no operating information, no setup information. There were 3 cards inside the package that had two different phone numbers that were both disconnected. When I attempted to contact the seller via email, I received an automated reply. I needed a ready to use laptop like the ad said because mine crashed. I paid extra for next day shipping and what I received is unusable. I have been greatly inconvenienced. Do yourself a favor and eliminate headache and frustration by considering other items from other vendors.
