Smooths out all the unsightly lumps and bumps and makes my dresses look better by pulling everything in! They are seam free and have a two layered split cotton gusset, allowing you to pee through without fighting in a cramped cubicle to get them up and down every time nature calls! After trying them on the first time i too (as some other reviews have stated) thought i had laddered them in a few places, however on closer inspection i realised it is not ladders, the spanx are supposed to be like that, to make them give,i guess thats how they work!!
