These have a 5x8 mm opening, metal is 2.75mm thick which is sturdier than my old one. I would suggest you measure your old lever with a Vernier caliper to verify your hole size. Note that if your brass valve is 3/4” or 1” size, then you will likely need a bigger hole. Also note that the 2 protrusions on them may need to be ground down on a bench grinder if they are too long. Easily done if you have this equipment. Review: sturdy stainless steel handles - These handles are perfect. However, the tanges on the front of each handle are too long for my valves, so they do not fit, although the hole is the correct size. The tanges catch on the side of the valve.
