Also how noisy is it? Wd you be able to hear TV?** A: No cleats. Handle bar moves up and down. But not back and fowards. The saddle moves back and forward. Only a very little noise. **Q: does this bike have toe clip pedals** A: Yes it does. I think is a solid bike for the price. The down side is the console. You have to buy it separately. It’s not available in Amazon, or at least it wasn’t when I got the bike.
