I ordered these in a men's 6 and they're perfect. I have arthritis in my toes and need a wider toe box. These are a good width in the toes, but not too wide everywhere else. I personally wouldn't use them for running or high impact workouts as they flex too much for me (a stiff bottom is best for my arthritis), but they're comfortable enough for running errands, walking dogs or a casual day out. I can easily take the insoles out to slip in my own too.
