Great value and quality! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved it *by M***D on 16 September 2025* This is for anyone living in colder climate. It works beautifully, easy to set up - however, the room temp is a big issue. I managed to get several batches during the Summer, but as soon as the temperature dropped under 18*C, the mould appeared and killed the batch. You would need a heat mat, or something else to keep the temperature permanently between 22-24 Celsius which in my home, in the NE England - not a chance. It’s a very gentle little fellow and it does not like the cold. The taste was gorgeous with added fruit. I would definitely brew kombucha again, but the planning would have to include some kinda warming device/box. Still, five stars are deserved.
