A: We included 1,500 mcg of Methylcobalamin in Ting because clinical studies showed that high oral doses of Methylcobalamin are as effective as intramuscular injections in achieving blood and nervous system responses.

A: Due to their low toxicity, the upper daily limits of B1, B2, B5, and B12 have not been established. However, the UL has been established for B3, B6, & B9 so you should not have more than 1 serving of Ting daily as to not exceed the UL of B9.

**Q: My jar has two desiccants, is this normal?**
A: Yes! Ting can absorb moisture over time, so we added an additional desiccant to help keep Ting fresher for longer. Moisture absorption can cause changes in consistency, however, it does not affect the potency.

When I stop taking this everyday vs taking religiously, my nails don’t grow anywhere as long or as strong. Hopefully this means the same thing for my hair, but I haven’t really paid as much attention to that. This is great for drinking first thing in the morning in a big glass of water, pre-coffee for a dose of energy and hydration. The flavor is pretty good, but I always add about 3/4 tsp of sea salt for extra flavor pop with electrolytes. It’s worth noting that I usually use ~3/4 tsp in a serving as opposed to the 1/4 tsp recommended dose, but obviously please follow dosage guidelines according to your needs. 🥭✌️
