Review: nicely flavoured and deliciously moist - OK, so I've given up drinking and taken to snacking. For some reason I have a crazing for Biltong at the moment and have tried everything I could find in M&S, Sainsburys and my local shop in the last two weeks. What can I say, Billtongman? This stuff is lovely. Not too spicy, nicely flavoured and deliciously moist, but not too moist. The pieces are large enough to actually pick up and chew, no tiny grainy bits at the bottom of the bag, totally the right thickness as well, for me. Bloody good job I must say and great value compared to the £2 you will pay for 25g of this stuff, far inferior in supermarkets. The only thing which could possibly make this any better would be a resealable bag, but that's not a criticism - I'll just have to eat it faster!

Biltong is slowly getting noticed as a great snacking food. So, there are a lot of alternatives available. Well, I've tried a few & I assumed all Biltong was chewy & an effort to eat. I was very surprised by how different The Biltong Man's Biltong is. Delicious, really full of flavour small pieces & yes, soft & tender so still chewy but not an effort to chew & definitely does not take an effort to eat. Go on, give this a try, you deserve better. I did not receive this product FOC as I placed an order via amazon.co.uk just like any customer so this is my impartial review.
