Low odour after 24hrs but we preferred to leave for a couple of days to feel confident. **Q: Is this safe to use in toddler room and mattress** A: Not sure here. After we sprayed, we left mattress off bed so as to ventilate and did not put to use for a couple of days. It was then OK for us two adults. I seem to remember ringing up supplier and obtaining re assurances. Perhaps that's the best thing to do, especially with a child in mind. **Q: Can I spray it on my mattress in the morning, and just leave it to dry during the day, and in the evening put the mattress protector / sheets to sleep** A: I used it round the skirting boards to control silverfish in a very old house, it's amazing. Kills and prevents insects of all kinds for weeks if not months from one spray. I'd maybe spray a mattress then make sure it's dry before covering it up. Not sure I'd want it on my skin. Kills spiders on contact even weeks after spraying too. Maybe use a waterproof protector on the mattress once dry, so you can't come into contact with it.
