## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does the cargo bag fasten to the roof with no roof rack?**
A: It comes with hooks that have loops attached. The hooks attach to the frame of your car. Inside the door you can pull down a section of the weatherproofing seal, attach the hooks, and then re-apply the weather seal. It's surprisingly easy.

**Q: Is this soft sided or hard sided?**
A: It is soft sided. You can pack it out pretty easily though. And the material is super sturdy and even kept our things dry driving through a rain storm.

**Q: This roof bag is waterproof or water resistant?**
A: We overlap two pieces of tarpaulins, high-frequency weld to pressed together to form the bond, then reinforce again the overlapped part. So the water resistance is at least twice than others.

**Q: How come in the main Amazon pics it looks well lifted and fitted and it’s not like that?**
A: That is part of the problem with loading it. You have to hold the sides up and out of the way while you are putting things in it. Once you have it loaded and the lid on and the straps tightened, it travels well.
