The elastic band broke off easily and the ribbon marker came off also. Something helpful would be to have a little square with current month and next month on the top of the weekly pages and maybe the previous month too. I found myself having to look for the full month pages too often. I like the monthly pages too. I use this as a time management tool and those are the suggestions that would save me time. These are the things that would improve this planner in my opinion. All the current features are excellent and should be kept. The paper is thicker than regular note book paper and does not bleed thru when using gel ink. I feel there is able room for writing down your goals and reflections.
