It will dispense a tiny bit of soap only once in a great while. We did everything the same way as the first to install it. Unfortunately, it is past the 30 days to return. We had even thought about getting a third one, once we got home, but I am afraid that the consistency of receiving ones that work may be unreliable. If you get one that works, you will love it's performance. If not, hopefully you can return it within the time frame. I would have given this product 5 stars, and would still have if I could have returned the second one, because I understand there are deffects sometime. But the fact that I am stuck with one that doesn't work makes me an unhappy customer.
