I decided not to follow the recipe on the back because it seemed like the milk proportion was too much. I used 3 tsp chai mix, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 tsp sugar. That was perfect for me, and as close as I got to the chai I had in London. Never had chai from India though, so I can't speak to how similar it is from there. I'm not sure it's entirely decaf. I drank it around 9pm and couldn't sleep. It's currently 4am as I'm writing this.
