Review: 50 cals per packet removed hunger - Found these in Holland and Barrett at £1.95 each tried them and found my appetite greatly reduced for several hours. Only 49 cals per serving and a serving is a box. Don't eat two boxes as it's not worth the day spent on the toilet due to laxative effect. One box has no side effects and do long as your actively looking to reduce cals then weight loss is guaranteed. So good I ordered 20 packs and when I run out I will be ordering more. Much cheaper on desertcart
Review: No difference in appetite - I haven't noticed any difference in appetite, but they seem to help my travel sickness when I suck them in the car!
