I've been using this thing for weighted dips, pullups, and chinups. The chain and carabiner are strong, and the belt itself is nicely stitched with an elongated portion to rest on the lower back. It's comfortable and doesn't slip with 45+ lbs plates attached. Great belt.

Use this for weighted dips and pull ups. High quality and can take the weight (I was able to stack two plates (45lbs) when doing dips on the chain). Highly recommend this! Size is as described and fits me and my friends frame easily: I’m 5’9, 190, around a 30” waist, my buddy is 6’0, 175, around a 30” waist. The belt is super adjustable and could fit much larger frames. Back support is awesome, the wider pad in the back is great.
