**Q: can they be repaired when there is a small hole in them.**
A: Repairs are not very successful as they continue to ''leak'' air.  The cushion then needs to be pumped every single day & holds air for shorter periods of time as you go along. It is a lot less stressful to purchase a new cushion; you have peace of mind that the user is getting the best care possible.  Hope this is helpful.

**Q: Found a pump on the road after our bin collection, possibly fallen from someone's bin or discarded. Is it safe to dispose of it in my own bin?**
A: If it is the pump that comes with the cushion then yes as it is made of hard cardboard and not plastic and is a push pull pump so no gases ect safe to dispose of in waste bin

**Q: How long is the guarantee?**
A: Sorry I can't remember how long the guarantee was for as it's nearly 4yrs ago I bought it when my husband was poorly with Cancer who passed away.

A wee bitt small for exgrande chair but it works and certainly relieves pressure, an absolute essential for those of use with physical disabilities. As this is a medical need andI am registered disabled, should I not be able to buy this without VAT ?
