It is made with rice instead of oats - a lot of coeliacs cannot eat oats and this would be ideal. It only takes a few minutes to make in the microwave. You could actually make a rice pudding with this too, as a lot of 'ordinary' pudding rice is milled in a place where wheat and gluten are also produced and can't be used by coeliacs; whereas this is perfectly safe to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Taste pretty good. However very confusing nutritional values in the pack, doesn't give an accurate sugar content, only if you are adding milk? Is there sugar in this stuff or not? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to *by E***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 December 2015* Very tasty rice pudding.
