Review: Really works, an expensive solution - I've tried a full bottle of this and yes it does work, however as I have discovered with testing - one squirt didn't make any difference - you have to thoroughly saturate the back of your throat and keep it there for a while as it forms a sort of coating over the area. Boyfriend was absolutely amazed and thought my snoring was cured, however it is simply symptom management as if you don't use it the next night, I'm told the snoring is back to regular deafening levels. I personally couldn't tell either way as I sleep fine completely unaware of the noise. I've ordered another bottle for his sake but I doubt I'll keep it up due to the price as the last bottle lasted just under a week with the 4-5 squirts needed. It is pleasant -nice and minty taste, and since it does really work I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if people are complaining about your snoring, try a couple of squirts and see if less works for you.

**Q: How long does this last? Tried the foam spray and it only lasted a week.**
A: Unfortunately, this spray did not work for me and neither did any of the others that I have tried. My snoring was partly due to sleep apnea. It was so bad that I spent most nights sleeping in the spare room. I tried a CPAP machine from the hospital on 2 occasions and just couldn't get along with it. Fortunately, my wife found a solution which has eliminated my sleep apnea and snoring completely. I now wear a T-Shirt with plastic balls sewn onto the back. This stops me from lying on my back and this has totally eliminated the problem and I feel like a new person. for the first time in years, we both get a decent night's sleep. The spray may work for you and anything is worth a try.

**Q: Is it wise to use both the throat spray and the oral strips at the same time or do they both do the same job?**
A: Found both to be a waste of time to be honest.

Have used this product for quite a while now, and found it to be fine it seems to ease the snoring or reduce it .I have been told that it does not stop it completely ,but it helps. The latest that I purchased has a slightly different box design ,I presume that it is the same quality inside. .I will keep using it., it also is reasonably priced from the supplier that I use.

This product doesn't even remotely work. One of the key points it says it does to count snoring is to "combat dehydration and vibration of the soft tissue in the throat". Every time I've used this, I've woken up with the driest throat and mouth I've ever had. My partner says my snoring is worse now than it was before I tried it. I hope this helps people avoid this product
