Firstly the product; I'm not a big fan of smoked or smokey flavour. With this in mind I found this product to smell and taste delicious. I have used it on my own cured bacon from my own pigs and it is neither too much or too processed. It tastes natural without the sickly twang of cold smoked. It made the kitchen smell amazing. It sat well on the bacon and I am going to try it on other meats. Secondly the customer service is impressive. I will certainly buy again once the bottle runs out but i must warn that many people don't seem to enjoy the smell/taste. A great tip is that you can make your own smoked salt by soaking normal kitchen salt in liquid smoke then spreading it out on baking paper and baking at quite a low temp till dry.
