**Q: what code do they have last ones i bought wrong code**
A: Hello, each new box has a unique code, the code chip ALWAYS comes with each new box. You need to insert the code chip before using the strips in the box. Miller

**Q: Hello, if I use the machine in the same time for the blood glucose and cholesterol  I have to change the the cod every time I used or once?**
A: You have to insert the code strip from the container every time you use the machine. The code strip tells the machine , which test you are doing . The number on the  code strip should be the same as the test strip.

**Q: What is the "use by date" on this item?**
A: The expiry date is given on the little canister, at the top of the label above the CE Mark, to the right of where it says "BeneCheck". My current batch is marked "2017/07".

**Q: does the glucose strip pack include  a code strip**
A: Hello, yes each new box will contain the memo chip. Regards, Miller
