Grill is proper cast iron and the great thing is the circular burner that reaches right around the grill area. Shape makes the drip pan work perfectly. Line it with a square of Aluminium Foil and make cleaning simple. I haven't used my main BBQ since I bought it as it can handle 6 steaks easily. Hard to find any fault but it's bigger and heavier than it looks. Having looked at lots of makes including Weber this is a Great Buy. Oh, you need your own gas hose and regulator, standard gas bottle one.
