Review: Good quality and price - This product is a larger size and needs to be eaten quite quickly. I don't mind since I use it in salads, for snacking, or with sausages (it is a versatile product and healthy to use often). However, when I need less I buy a smaller size. The texture is smooth with a slight crunch: the cabbage is sliced thinly. I like the taste since it doesn't have the strong 'fermented' aftertaste you find in a lot of sauerkraut products. I find it to be of good, organic quality. I received a glass jar which leaked only once (I've ordered dozens of those in different sizes and colours) and it was reimbursed straight away. Worth a try.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pasteurised but still tasty!

I have to admit, I did not do enough research beforehand and only realised it was pasteurised when I received this. So although there may be no probiotic value to this, I think unpasteurised Sauerkraut still contain some health benefits and it's great value for what you get. The jar is pretty large and you are advised to refrigerate and consume within 7 days after opening which I'm not sure I will be able to do. Makes a great side dish!
