I like the slight neck stretch and it seems to help with my stiff neck from arthritis. However, after about 8 minutes or so, I have to take it away because it gets very hard under my head. I can't use the reverse side at all with the deeper stretch.About 10 minutes is recommended, so I think it does the job and may help a lot of people, but don't be expecting to lay on it on the floor while watching TV for hours!
