I'm on a brand new 2.4ghz router with stable internet. This thing has not once, not ONCE, turned on, successfully been identified by my devices, and just printed a damn job. The HP Smart software is useless at both troubleshooting OR identifying its own devices. The ink dried out after less than 10 pages printed.Printers, in my opinion, are one of those things you need to work correctly every time or it's pointless having one. I've needed to run to Kinko's to get a resume printed because it took several hours on the day of an interview to decide to exist.This machine knows no rhyme or reason. It doesn't fail due to user error, mechanical failure or poor design. It seems to have eggs-for-brains (or chipset, whatever) and is consistently inconsistent in how it responds to keypresses, WPS pairing, etc., given the exact same variables and environment each time.This is the printer you fantasize about taking out back and destroying with a baseball bat.AVOID.
