This way of preparing food, apart from smoothies and juices, very new to me, so I was interested to find out more. I know raw food is best for my body so I am eating salad a lot of salad and wanted some alternatives. This book will help me explore ways of serving and preparing raw food and add to what i am already doing. Its a process and not necessary to eat only raw food but some raw food is beneficial to our bodies so it's worth checking out. this book grew on me and I like it.
