It worked just as good. I no longer need to pay to see my doctor to write a prescription. Great product! I've ordered several different cosalic products and they are all good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by R***E on 27 April 2025* Very effective - best stored in your refrigerator. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by M***N on 20 January 2025* This is a good value cream for various skin conditions and I have been using this for dry skin between my toes. This could be some kind of fungal skin conditions and I know coal tar can help with this. The cream comes in a pump dispenser which dispenses a small amount of cream making it very efficient to use. The cream seems to be absorbed quickly into the skin and doesn't leave any greasy marks. There is a strong smell of coal tar to the product which I don't mind but if you've never smelt it before it could seem a bit strange. It is early days but seems to be working as expected. ## Frequently Bought Together - SALVE Cosalic Gel for Dry Flaky Scaly Itchy, Relieves Skin from Extreme Dryness and Psoriasis, Enriched with Goodness of Essential Oils Coal Tar, Suitable All Types-100ml 3.38 Oz - SALVE Psoriasis Coal Tar Salicylic Acid 100gm((3.52 Ounce (Pack of 1) - Cosalic Coal Tar and Salicylic Acid Solution/with Salicylic Acid for Dry Scalp Itch Relief Dandruff Free Shampoo/for Psoriasis & Seborrheic Dermatitis - Instant Result - 6.76 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/506337644-salve-cosalic-gel-enriched-with-goodness-of-essential-oils-coal](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/506337644-salve-cosalic-gel-enriched-with-goodness-of-essential-oils-coal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
