They are very high quality and I do not regret buying them one bit. I cannot recommend these enough to weight/resistance training beginners but could not comment on their use for more advanced athletes. Good selection of resistances, and helpfully come with grips, hanger to secure, and a bag for storing them. If left out, what looks like an oxidising film develops, with some discolouration, but doesn't affect their use. A great set of resistance bands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A full set of resistance bands *by G***N on 15 June 2020* With this you get a full set of resistance bands from light to extra heavy. It comes with a pair of handles for curls etc and a door anchor. The bands themselves seem to be of good quality. I've used each one twice now and they haven't snapped. So far so good. The only thing I'm not happy with are the carabean hooks that are used to attach the handles. They are of very poor quality. My hands have been cut many times by the sharp edges. Very nasty.
