**Q: Could this be used for a kettlebell workout?**
A: No I dont beleive so as they are too narrow just enough handle for one hand to hold for each. You need longer bar handle to use a kettle bell routine. I just cant see this working.

**Q: What is the circumference of the handle part where you hold the weight?  Suitable for a woman with small hands?**
A: HI!  I don't know the circumference of the handle but I also have small hands and if I use them for a long period of time, my hands will cramp and hurt.  There are other brands that make a thinner handle

**Q: how many are included?  I see 1 and 2 . . . which is it???**
A: Just one. I ordered thinking it was 2 so now sending back.

**Q: Is it a pair or just one**
A: PAIR!!!! I Bought 5 Pair, so I'd have 10 Weights to Hold My Pool Cover Down!!!!! (It'll Survive a Hurricane!!!!)
