Review: Fantastic Quality - I rarely feel compelled to write reviews on desertcart, since most stuff is so mediocre. If it's horrible and hazardous, I'll leave a review to warn folks. And occasionally when something is super awesome- but there are many similar items on here, I will chime in: hence, here we are. This is my first time making madeleines, and I needee minis, because they're going to be part of a ridiculous cake for a friend. I haven't used any from-scratch recipes yet, just testing the stuff I need for said bday cake. But so far, using a standard gluten-free chocolate cake box mix.... this pan is amazing! It's mostly non-stick, but when I lightly buttered it- the madelines slid out with perfect lines. I tried a batch without butter, and they did stick ever so slightly so they came out, but bits of detail were lost. Buttered is better. Super cute. They take mere minutes to bake. They puff up perfectly and cool off quickly. I love it so much that I just ordered a second pan even though I don't need it for the cake. ☺️ Seems to be a very well made pan. But because of the coating, I'd suggest careful handwashing, or maybe a lower heat dishwasher cycle. I'll be handwashing mine.
