I put it on BEFORE I go to bed. The idea with this moisturiser is to leave it to soak into your skin and gradually and subtly give your skin a nice sun kissed glow. **Q: How do you apply it** A: Squeeze it out into the palm of your hand and rub it in. Make sure you wash your hands afterwards as any left on your hands will make them tanned and discolour your nails. **Q: What SPF is this cream?** A: It as pro vitamin b5 and vitamin E no artificial perfumes or colour no harsh chemicals will not harm your skin I have been using it for over 2 years excellent it contains glycerrin and bisabolol **Q: Does this work please? Do you get a tan look ?** A: Yes you do, not a strong tan but a lightish shade. You can apply a second coat a few hours later for a deeper look. I am very pale and this stuff is great as not obvious. As with all simple products it is good for sensitive skin and is easy to reply and you don't need to worry about a plethora of harmful chemicals coming into contact with your skin. It is a good moisturiser although I haven't noticed the sun kissed look yet but I have only used it once, I would say it does have an initial subtle bronzer look when you put it on. It is quite a runny liquid but doesn't make your face look greasy and you only need to use a small quantity of it. It smells quite nice as well and it doesn't feel thick on your skin and doesn't make your face feel clogged which is good. I love how it feels completely light and absorbs within seconds so it doesn't actually feel like you have put anything on your face. It isn't sticky or greasy or shiny. My face feels soft after using it and really natural.
