I can't say with certainty that this one is the real deal, but it looks similar to the one that came with the car, and it definitely isn't cheap looking. It was really easy to install. I saw a video on YouTube that showed a guy changing one. You pry the old one off with a screwdriver (put a plastic barrier such as an old credit card under the screwdriver to protect the hood) and then you just press fit the new one on. This unit doesn't come with the plastic grommets that it pressure fits into.
