This really makes me wonder how they do there testing, because if this can't hold a proper charge and should have been caught in the testing phase... I use this on my Windows 11 laptop and the Sony Accessory's software along with Windows and DSX for Windows all show it at 0%... Love the color!! Al ok the things work 👌 charges fast ! Buttons are easy to gently wipe clean. Duo sense is super cool and works well. Speaker/mic thing works well! These things are not very durable though but I get it. Just wish they were like drop proof a little bit ..cuz u accidentally drop it and like boom it won't work right ... this is our 5th one in like 6 months.. not the fault of the brand or anything. Just gets knocked over off shelf 1ft up off the floor,or drops out of kids hands from like slouchy bean bag length up off floor, but if it hits the floor carpet or not it stops working and gets glitchy...
