I didn't catch the fact that it's meant to be welded on, but no big deal to drill holes for screws. My only complaint is that the D-loop that the padlock goes through looks like it would be pretty easy to tear off with a few hard hammer blows. It's a weld on latch so I will redo the welds on the latch. Would have also been nice to include a receiver.
