I've also put BNC's on my base radios at home. Turns out BNC's can handle several hundred watts if need be, but I never exceed 100 watts with mine. Makes switching radios out a simple affair. These connectors fit RG8X/LMR240 coax just fine. Takes me about two minutes to put one on and they come with heat shrink to make things tidy and provide some strain relief. I've used these pretty extensively and have yet to encounter a problem. Just make sure you have the right crimpers for theses and your golden! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Center pin can be crimped and stops with a little click *by on Reviewed in the United States 6 July 2026* I like that the center pin can be crimped without solder and that it sort of clicked into place pushing into the connector housing.
