Everything that I saw in the advertisement is true and exceeded expectations. My tablet is really protected and secure with this case. It did take a little diligence getting the runner over the edges, but I didn’t need any tools to complete the job. Just take your time and it will get on. Once it is on the tablet it’s secure!! You can still use the fingerprint touch as well with this case. The buttons that cover the volume buttons don’t make pressing them difficult, just an easy touch, which I like. It doesn’t make the tablet waterproof, but I am already careful around my electronic devices. The grooves to prop the tablet up is magnetized, which is a great feature. The pen did not come with the tablet, but the area which holds it is very snug and will not just fall out. I also purchased and installed a glass screen protector on the tablet before I installed it in the case and it didn’t affect the install at all. I considered the otterbox case and glad I purchased this one. I like all of the other features this case has compared to it. The quality is great and feels like it will last a long time. I definitely recommend and would purchase another one!
