After three attempts the basic pipe is together but has also come apart. Trying to get it connected to the Creepy Castle led to much swearing so we've abandoned it until cleaning out cage time. The product we were sent contained a mish-mash of clear and pink and orange connections that look awful - especially for a boy's pet - as well as the tidy looking pictured curves. The x-pieces are in a very poor quality polymer and don't seem sturdy enough to stay connected. Also, the two leaflets in the box were shoddy photocopies that give the impression that the provider has lost interest in the product. One more attempt to get this together today and then it'll be refund request. Our hamster cage is quite long so didn't get the curl but that was ok it was getting my head round the attachments and the very poorly photocopied instructions, couldn't really understand them so ended up discarding them and did some free form construction. Rotastak tubes etc do not seem very robust so we have purchased this for spares, although our hamster now has an extra set of tubes attached to her cage aswell now!
