Review: Helped reduce pain. - Helped with pain relief.
Review: Very pleased - I broke my big to years ago, and it's been painful for decades. I went to a podiatrist with my story of breaking my big toe and that it was painful, and he informed me that I was wrong, it wasn't the toe but my high arch, so I needed orthotics. $600 later for a custom insert, and I still had a toe that had been broken and didn't heal properly and was painful. 10 years after that, I went to a osteopathic foot surgeon who said yes, the toe never healed properly and it probably hurt like hell. However, until it was at the point that it confined me to a wheel chair, I should just leave it alone, because the likelihood the surgery would make it better was very low. I should just tape it. This insert has solved 90% of the issues I have with my toe. It provides just enough support that I and walk normally without pain. If I'm climbing hills or a ladder where I have to put all my weight on my toe it still hurts some.

## Features

- 【WHAT IS CARBON FIBER?】：Carbon fiber is always called “The King of Material", sometimes known as graphite fiber -- is a strong, stiff, lightweight material that is five times stronger than steel. It has the potential to replace steel and is popularly used in specialized, high-performance products like aerospace, racecars, and sporting equipment. Used under the insole to demonstrate its lightweight, convenience, and rigidness.
- 【Pain Relief】: The carbon fiber insole is 1.5 mm thick with little flexibility designed to relieve the pressure between the metatarsal joints and toes, to keep your toes from over-extending, reducing pain from too much movement for a better gait and balance. Easy to use. Carbon fiber insert can be used in different sports shoes such as sneakers, hiking boots, baseball, tennis, golf, soccer or basketball shoes.
- 【For Foot Recovery Insoles】: Carbon fiber foot plate is thinner, lighter than steel, and the rigid "Morton Extension insole" fit and function comfortably in most footwear. Can help people reduce foot pain when injured or recovering from surgery and is a quality choice for Morton's Toe、Turf Toe、Arthritis、Hallux Rigidus、Hallux Limitus、Big Toe Fractures、Light Sprains and Fractures、broken big toe and Forefoot Pain
- 【How to Choose Size】: Sizing is not shoe size specific, please measure your foot or insole rather than the shoe (pic 6) and choose a carbon fiber insole that is 0.2-0.4 inches shorter. Since the Flat Morton's Toe Plates is very stiff, use this shoe stiffener insert under a removable insole or orthotic for best results
- 【1 PIECE Carbon Fiber】: Turf Toe Relief Insole sold as single item(1PC). Universal right/left, fits and works comfortably in most footwear. If you have any questions about use or sizing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you!

### ⭐ Very uncomfortable/painful where the insole stops (doesn't have anything under remaining 4 toes)
*by C***R on February 14, 2025*

Even when placed under a shoe/boot insole, this is so stiff that it doesn't conform AT ALL to any shoe I have. I know rigidity is the point, but it needs at least some material at the 'cutout' in the insole. Instead, it leaves a hard/rubbing gap where the insole 'rises above' the shoe insole.
