Took us 4 hours we built wooden octagonal outline to anchor to house and our pergola to stop blowing away. Plastic is surprising strong good quality. I made fly door and window nets +sun shade out of huge umbrella to tie on outside. Perfect for day as breeze through 2windows and door, excellent at keeping heat in nights, small oil rad , were in there every night till 2am love it!!!! And they make spare plastic covers incase you break it!! Its like a spa!! We covered floor in memb + fake grass, added fake blossom trees, Bluetooth speaker and lights! And lazy spa!! Like a slice of heaven Highly recommended worth every penny!!!! Adult playtime!! Review: Hugely Disappointing - Really disappointing. For the money this costs l would expect: 1. A cover that is ensured to be a very good tight fit rather than loose sagging sections here and there due to there being too much plastic for the circumstance. 2. For the seams to be in line with the angled plastic poles so not to be seen rather than visible. 3. The length from top to bottom to be exact so that l do not have to disconnect the center connector in order to be able to attach the base. 4. I would simply expect this to look something close to the pictures in the advertising rather than a cheap and tacky eyesore. In all honesty l had such high hopes that it would be a thing of beauty, and it was just that when assembled. It looked absolutely beautiful. So much so that l decided there and then that l would keep it up without a cover during summer months. Yet then came the horror show, the cover being nothing like l expected it to be. I was informed the creases would go after a week, and yes, in areas in which there is a stretched fit they faded. Yet in the loose and sagging sections they remain. Conclusion, for something that is sold as a deluxe item with a rather high price l expected much more than what l have. In all honesty a poly tunnel would have less sagging and bulging and would cost under £100. And to think, when this cover needs replacing (as it is stated to last UPTO 2 years) a replacement would cost £350.... Go figure. In all honesty had it looked like the pictures with a cover that fitted AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO, l would have said such a thing of beauty and practical use it was worth every penny.... But sadly the right to say that has be stollen from me due to my shock and horror at the eyesore l have before me. P.S. The pictures were taken after a week, two weeks later still no improvement. Follow up: When l contacted the garden igloo manufacturer, they were in unhelpful in every regard. When l contacted the seller in frustration after placing sticky back Velcro on the base poles to be able to pull and fasten the cover tighter with no difference in the bulging in certain sections, they were an absolute godsend. Having sent them more pictures of the issues regarding the cover, they agreeed the cover had a defect in manufacturing and requested a replacement under warranty. I will ask family to come and assist in the setting up of the new cover, and hopefully have a beautiful structure in my garden rather than an eyesore. However, when I received the dome there was a tear in the cover by the zip which I did not noticed until I had fully assembled the dome. Due to the tension the tear became worse which forced me to have to put the dome down as I didn’t want to damage it any more. When I spoke to customer services I was accused of damaging the dome and told that it would not be covered by the warranty. Now I am left with an unusable dome, for the price I paid I am absolutely appalled and the lack of help and support. I was told to stitch it up.
