To be honest, I was sceptical but after using the tape over a couple of weeks, I notice my shoulder is less painful because the tape provides gentle resistance if I attempt to over-extend my arm or lift heavy items e.g. shopping bags, grandkids. The tape is waterproof and is easily removed. Not so positive is the adhesive that remains when the tape is removed. It's a bit of a nuisance. The tape must be cut into shape. I wish it was available in brown. I would recommend this product. Review: Very effective - better than other brands - ETA April 2025: Bought again for the Nth time (I've no idea, honestly). This time, I've overused my knee, rowing, and this tape is my go-to for support. Same top-quality, great price. It is good tape, soft to the touch, helps to support and stabilise the joints and works well for children, so does the job performance wise, however, the tape does come unstuck in places around the knees and so the edges can roll up. I may try a stronger tape next time, but ultimately it does the job.
