It doesn’t ride up or down - the top has a silicone band that really stays in place. For reference I’m 5’4” so I don’t have super long legs - a taller person may not see it come down as far as the knee. I do few that there is extra length in the torso part - I can hike it all the way up to my bra line and still have a little give. Almost like a second skin! As I walked to work, it still felt very comfortable. It never rolled down my stomach and stayed up throughout the entire day! I think it helped that this had the rubber strip on the very top so it wouldn't roll down. But I do completely love this.
