Good for cuts, grazes and 'hot spots' to name a few. I used it on my dogs paw as one of the pads was split quite bad and wouldn't heal but after a week of using it twice a day it healed really well as I think it helps with skin growth. Also my dog licked it a few times which caused her no harm as all the ingredients are natural. The only warning that came with the leaflet was to never use it on a burn. **Q: can this cream be used for nettle sting on dogs paws** A: Hi, Sorry but I can only testify to its amazing soothing and healing properties on cut paws as my dog has not had nettle stings. If she ever did I would definitely try it for its soothing qualities if nothing else. **Q: I know it may be a stupid question, but I still want to ask, that ok to use in cat paw?** A: Hi there, no you can't use on cats due to essential oils. **Q: Could this be used on my pugs nose wrinkles?** A: If the wrinkles / folds around the nose are sore then yes it can. It is also not harmful if licked. She had a split paw which was wide but not deep so was really hard to keep from re-splitting every time she went for a walk. I used a saline wash while waiting for the salve to arrive to keep it clean and infection free, and used the salve twice a day for a week with great results. I really expected a large pink scar as the cut was quite wide, almost a peeling of the skin on the pad but the salve seems to have promoted a new skin pad growth which looks well healed and darkening to its natural hue. Also the balm smells lovely and my dog has licked it a few times with no ill effects whatsoever. I love the fact it is a natural product and it really has worked. My poor old dog had sores around the eye area, the gentle soothing salve gave good results within 2 - 3 days I am extremely happy as my poor old boy is fast approaching 14 and his immune systems isn't what it used to be.
