It's very adjustable for different situations, well made and holds the phone securely. Just recently noticed it was getting loose and on inspection found that the rubber suction cup was tearing away from the base. Bummer I thought, but it is 3 years old on a vehicle that is in the sun all the time and stuff happens.In looking at replacing it I saw that it had a three year warranty so I sent an email to customer service (service at vanmasslife.com) describing the problem and asking if they could help. Since it was just past the 3 years they said that they couldn't replace the whole thing (understand, gotta draw the line somewhere) but they did offer to send me just a new base with the suction cup to use with the original arm which was still completely functional.
