Different bolt holes than the prior but I don’t think any of these are standardized but I thought I would mention. Seems to be shipped direct. I already had been using for a few weeks now before I posted this. I would by again. The seat cover seems more bonded than the old cover with a slip on style edge around it that came off. You do sit in this more. Nice for a forklift trying to lean over but does make getting.
