It's gorgeous! Yes, as people have stated, it does have lines from being folded. But usually, if you lay some heavy items across it for a while, those will flatten out. Considering it's meant to be more for something like camping and not a normal rug, I think it's just right. It comes in a nice carry bag. It's easy to open up and lay out. It is very light so I wouldn't leave it out during a windy day. I would say it's made of soft straw. It's pliable, but tough enough to walk across. I'm sure it will snag if you put something like metal on it that does not have the velvet bottoms as you would find on chair legs. Of course it's new, so the color is vibrant. I'm sure it would fade if it was in the sun too much. But again, I don't think it's meant to be too permanent. Mine will be on the porch as a permanent fixture. But since it's so lightweight and easy to fold, if the weather gets bad, I can bring it in. I'm so glad to have made this purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice rug *by M***S on November 25, 2023* I am a vendor at art festivals and I like to have a ground cover, especially when I'm set up in grass. I had been using a regular indoor/outside rug. The problem with it was that it wouldn't start down along the edges, making it a tripping hazard. I could roll it up but it was still 5' long which made it trickier to transport and store. This rug has corner loops which show me to tie the corners up to my tent poles, making it lay flat, better looking and safer. It easily folds back up into a cube less than 1' cubed, and slips right back into it's carrying case. Very lightweight, easy to carry around. Cleans up with a hose. And it has a really nice design. I've only used it in 3 shows, but it has held up to a lot of foot traffic so far. I think it's a great rug for the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well….its workable. *by A***P on July 19, 2024* The design is nice and colors are vibrant. It is purely plastic with no absorption quality which is great as well. It is however, because of that fact, very flimsy and lightweight. It must be weighted down securely to avoid being swept away with even a light wind. Notice how I have the furniture legs touching it in several places to keep it in place. For the short term, it will do and it does dress up my little carport space a bit. I do wish it had a tad more weight to it. But over all it is an okay purchase, albeit a bit overpriced for what you get. ## Frequently Bought Together - OutdoorLines Outdoor Reversible Rugs for Patio 5x8 ft - Outside Plastic Carpet, Stain & UV Resistant Portable RV Mat, Straw Rug for Camping, Backyard, Deck, Picnic, Porch Moroccan Gray & White - Outdoor String Lights 25 Feet G40 Globe LED Patio Lights with 13 Edison Plastic Bulbs(1 Spare), Waterproof Connectable Hanging Lights for Backyard Porch Balcony Party Decor, E12 Socket Base, Black - FDW 3 Piece Patio Outdoor Wicker Furniture Chairs Bistro Set Rattan Conversation Set with Coffee Table for Backyard Porch Poolside Lawn --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/507536930-outdoorlines-outdoor-reversible-rugs-for-patio-5x8-ft-outside-plastic](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/507536930-outdoorlines-outdoor-reversible-rugs-for-patio-5x8-ft-outside-plastic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
