Replaced the OEM PCV valve with this one and the fitment seemed ok. There was a bit of molding flash around the oil filler hole that I had to trim with a knife, hence the 4 star rating. Replaced the OEM PCV valve with this one and the fitment seemed ok. There was a bit of molding flash around the oil filler hole that I had to trim with a knife, hence the 4 star rating. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Part fit great *by K***L on 28 July 2026* Part was as described and fit great, easy install. ### ⭐⭐ Fit was perfect and quality looked good, however it didn't work and I had to buy an OEM version *by D***Y on 1 June 2026* My car had the same issue that everyone else's had. The oil trap had failed and the suction was so much that you could hear the cams inside the engine rubbing. Not good at all. So, I purchased this oil trap and installed it. Installation was a breeze. The Novaparts unit was a perfect fit and everything seems to be great. When I started the car after though, I still had that telltale noise of the failed unit, albeit slightly less than the failed OEM unit. I was about to head out on a lengthy trip, so I had no choice but to drive the two-hour round trip to my nearest dealer (in another car) to purchase a Volvo OEM oil trap for four times the price. It went in and worked perfectly. Maybe I just had a bad Novaparts unit. I see all the positive reviews and I'm sure this is the case. However, I didn't have the time to wait for Amazon to send a replacement and to take the risk that the second unit would also be bad. You win some and you lose some. Unfortunately, this one was a loss. The Amazon return process was simple of course. I'm giving this one two stars just because I'm convinced it's not indicative of the entire product line, but I was left in a bit of a predicament. ## Frequently Bought Together - NOVAPARTS 32140004 PCV Valve Oil Trap 2.0L w/Gasket for Volvo XC90 XC60 S60 S80 S90 V60 V90 XC40 XC70 2014-2021 4 Cylinder 32242753 31430923 31670210 31316184 - Klifex Oil Separator Diaphragm Compatible with Volvo Cars 2.0L XC90, XC60, XC70, S60, S90, S80, V90 32140004 31316184 31430236 31430923 32242753 31670210 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/507601054-novaparts-pcv-valve-oil-trap-w-gasket-32140004-for-2014](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/507601054-novaparts-pcv-valve-oil-trap-w-gasket-32140004-for-2014) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
